Everest base camp is
the one of the adventurous trek rout on earth with its altitude of 5364 meter
or 17,594 feet on course of crowning Mt. Everest (world’s highest peak). The
trek is best way to experience Nepali Himalayan culture, people and
witness the world tallest Mountain. The trek starts with the flight from
Kathmandu to the Lukla Airport and follows the Dudh Kosi valley and climbs up
to the gate-way of Everest Namche Bazar (3440m) a Sherpa territory in two days.
Namche Bazzar has government offices, ATMs, Internet cafes, shops, restaurants,
a bakery and a colorful market. we acclimatize by spending day in Namche,
Khumjung and Khunde Valley. We then trek another two days to Dingboche,
4,260 metres (13,980 ft) before resting for another day for further
acclimatization. Another two days we takes us to Everest Base Camp via
Gorakshep, the flat field below Kala Patthar, 5,545 metres (18,192 ft) and Mt.
Pumori. Then we walk back to Lukla in 4 days to fly Kathmandu.
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel
Day 02: Kathmandu - Lukla [2,800 m/9,184 ft]- Phakding (2,652 m/8,700 ft): 3-4 hrs.
Day 03: Phakding -Namche Bazaar [3,440 m/11,283 ft]: -5-6 hrs.
Day 04: Namche Bazaar: Acclimatization Day.
Day 05: Namche Bazaar to Tsengboche (3,870m/12,694ft): 5 - 6 hrs.
Day 06: Tsengboche to Dingboche (4,360 m/14,300ft):5- 6 hrs.
Day 07: Dingboche (4,360 m/14,300ft): Acclimatization Day.
Day 08: Dingboche - Lobuche (4940 m/16,207 ft): 2-4 hrs.
Day 09: Lobuche - Gorak Shep (5,170 m/16,961ft) - Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,594ft) - Gorak Shep: 8-9 hrs.
Day 10: Gorak Shep - Kala Patthar (5545m/18,192ft) - Pheriche (4,730m/15,518ft): 8-9 hrs.
Day 11: Trek to Tyangboche (3,867m/12684ft), 4-5 hrs walk.
Day 12: Tyangboche to Lukla (2,800m/9,186ft): 6-7 hrs.
Day 13: Fly back to Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft).
Day 14: Departure from Kathmandu.

Which Season is best for this trekking?
Everest Base Camp Trekking in Nepal can be done in any time of the year. But February, March, April (spring) and September, October and November (autumn) is the biggest season for this trekking. In this month the weather is clean and chance to see amazing view of Mountain peak. Most of the day is sunny gets more warm and easy for walking. While walking we see the different types of flower and fauna. While in winter (December-January-February) season most of the trekking roots are covered by Snow and have maximum cold. The view will totally covered by fogs and snow however travelers come for enjoying with snow. Whereas, Monsoon season (June-July-August) is unfavorable time for trekking. At the time there will be heavy rain. So, it will be difficult time of trekking and less chance of Mountain View.
What kinds of accommodation we get during this trip?
We provide 3-Star Hotel “Hotel BlissInternational or similar category hotel” in Kathmandu which is in the peaceful street on the edge of Thamel. We provide basic Tea-houses or Local lodge during trekking. All accommodation is in (Twin share basis) for, single supplementary charge ($160) extra.
What sort of meals we get during this trip?
We provide Buffet Breakfast in Kathmandu which is included in the cost. During trekking we provide three meals per day (i.e. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner per day) from the selected menu as per available in lodge and tea house. Food during trek is not so well decorated as Kathmandu However; most of the food is prepared by their local people in their field. The food is organic, delicious and quite healthy.
How fit should be trekker for this trekking?
Everest Base Camp trekking is the modest trekking of Everest Region so it can be done by any age groups who have good and fit health. It doesn’t does not required any experience before trekking. We do not recommending travelers who are suffering from blood pressure or any disease or medical situation before one year. We highly recommend to conceding with doctor before their trekking.
